As per the directions of the Court, the Scrutiny Committee has not been able to decide the petitioner's proposal regarding validation of caste/tribe certificate.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions from the Scrutiny Committee submits that the hearing has been conducted and within three weeks the proposal would be decided finally.

We accept the statement as an undertaking to the Court and dispose of the petition.
