The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal is pending for permanent approval to the post of petitioner as a Junior Clerk since January, 2018. It is not yet decided. 2.

In case, the proposal seeking permanent approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Page no. 33) is pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon it, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.
