ORDER

1.

The law officer of appellant Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation Mr. Avinash Satwaji Vishwas, tenders on record withdrawal pursis along with the authority letter. He prays for withdrawal of appeal on the basis of authority letter. 2.

The withdrawal pursis and authority letter are taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X".

3.

It is agreed between the parties that, the amount deposited by

80- F.A. 4363-2008 -2the appellant in this Court shall be disbursed to the respondents/claimants along with accrued interest forthwith. 4.

If the entire amount is not deposited, then the balance amount shall be paid by the appellant to the respondents within a period of eight weeks from today, which is treated to be an undertaking. 5.

First Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn in view of withdrawal pursis.

6.

Award be drawn up accordingly.

7.

The request of refund of Court fees shall be processed by the office in accordance with law.

8.
