We dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the proposal of the petitioner on its own merits if it has not already been considered, under communication to the petitioner. If some deficiencies are noticed, opportunity may be extended to the petitioner to comply with it in the light of the observations in the judgment of this Court on 08/09/2022 in Writ Petition No.7821/2021 (Mother Teresa Balakashram Vs. State of Maharashtra and others). The decision shall be taken as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four months, under communication to the petitioner.
