PER COURT :- 1) When the present matter was taken up for hearing, learned Counsel appearing for respondents submitted that the present appeal can be disposed of in view of the judgment passed by this Court on 11th February, 2016, in First Appeal No.1015/2004 along with connected appeals. Learned Counsel submitted that this Court has dismissed the said appeal filed by the State. Learned Counsel further submitted that the present appeal is also arising from the same group, and also arising out of the same acquisition which was the subject matter in First Appeal No.1015/2004 and connected appeals. Learned A.G.P. appearing for the appellant State has not disputed this position.
