Petitioner claims to be belonging to Koli Mahadev Scheduled Tribe and is admitted to respondent no. 2 college as against the seat reserved for Scheduled Tribe category. The tribe certificate issued in his favour has been referred to the Scrutiny Committee and the proposal is still stated to be pending consideration. There are already directions issued to the Committee to take decision in respect of validation claim within specified period. The period prescribed in the order issued by this Court has also come to an end.

We grant further three months time to the Scrutiny Committee to take decision in respect of the validation claim pertaining to petitioner. In the meanwhile, respondent no. 4 University shall declare result of petitioner for second year M.B.B.S. Course and allow her to prosecute further studies.

wp2434.16.doc Respondent no. 3 College shall not take any coercive action against petitioner on the ground of her failure to submit validation certificate. 3.
