Heard Mr Phatale, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

As the issue raised in the petition is already set at rest by way of various orders of this Court, the present petition needs to be disposed of in terms of the order of the Division Bench of this Court, dated 3rd May, 2018, passed in Writ Petition No.4489 of 2018. The petitioner to surrender his original tribe certificate to the Sub Divisional Officer, Nanded with incorrect

2957.19wp (2) nomenclature as 'Mannerwarlu' and the Sub Divisional Officer to whom the application is submitted by the petitioner and the same is accepted by the office of the Sub Divisional Officer, Nanded on 6th February, 2019, after verifying the genuineness of the certificate shall issue correct tribe certificate to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of the order of this Court.
