Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By way of present application, the applicant/wife prays for transfer of Marriage Petition No. 1095/2023 filed by the respondent/husband in the Court of 8th Jt. C.J.S.D., Pune to the Family Court at Ahmednagar. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has not objected to the transfer the proceeding filed by the husband. However, the learned counsel prays that Family Court at Ahmednagar be directed to decide the above proceeding as expeditiously as possible and seeks time-bound disposal of the matter.

In view of the above, the MCA is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B", which is as under:- "B.

This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass the order thereby transferring the Marriage Petition No. 1095/2023

MCA 42/24 filed by the respondent/husband in the Court of 8th Joint C.J.S.D. at Pune to the learned Family Court at Ahmednagar."

Family Court, Ahmednagar is directed to dispose of the above petition as expeditiously as possible. The applicant/wife shall not seek unnecessary adjournment. In the event, the applicant seeks adjournment, she should intimate the advocate for the respondent/husband about the adjournment in advance so as to avoid inconvenience to the respondent. 6.
