This is an application for setting aside Registrar's order dated 27.01.2014, dismissing the petition for want of prosecution on account of failure to remove office objections and for condonation of delay occurred in presenting instant application.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. The order passed by the Registrar on 27.01.2014 is set aside. Petition is restored to its original number. Petitioners shall remove office objections within a period of four weeks from today. In the event of failure, order passed today shall be deemed to have been recalled. Delay occurred in presenting instant application is condoned.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
