ORAL ORDER:

The applicants have moved this application for withdrawal of amount for the reasons set out in detail in the application.

Heard learned counsel for applicants and respondent No. 1.

As against deposit of amount of Rs. 4,16,037/-, the amount to the extent of 50% already withdrawn pursuant to order dated 21/04/2011. Considering the challenge raised in appeal and the appeal being ready for final disposal, I am not inclined to entertain the application. The application is rejected.
