In view of judgment dated 04.08.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.5074 of 2022 (Vimal W/o. Bhausaheb Nabde vs. The Sub Divisional OfÏcer, Ahmednagar and others) and other connected petitions, present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy of filing civil suit. 2.

Even if the impugned orders are not challenged, the same will cease to operate if the controversy forming subject matter before the authorities is finally decided by Civil Court in favour of petitioners.

Interim order dated 21.03.2022 is continued up to 15.11.2025. Needless to mention that the Court will decide the application for grant of temporary injunction, as also prayer for adinterim order, on its own merits without being influenced with the interim order as is granted by this Court.
