The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that a fresh recruitment process has been initiated and that the petitioner may be granted liberty to amend the writ petition. Since the subject matter of the writ petition is the recruitment process of 2015 and appointments made in pursuance of such process were contractual and have come to an end, we fnd no reason to grant the prayer of the petitioner for amendment of the writ petition.

This order shall not preclude the petitioner to participate in any fresh recruitment process subject, of course, to fulfllment of the eligibility criteria.
