Being aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 26th December 2014, passed in Criminal Appeal No. 118/2011, thereby allowing the appeal and setting aside the judgment and order of conviction passed by the trial court the appellant-complainant has preferred this appeal.

Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the respondents and further perused the impugned judgment and orders passed by the trial court as well as Sessions Court. There are conflicting decisions on facts delivered by the courts below. Upon considering the submissions advanced, I am of the view that the case is made out to be considered in appeal. I am therefore, inclined to allow the application seeking leave to file an appeal. Hence, the following order.

(I) Leave granted to file an appeal against the impugned judgment and order.
