Mr. Gandhi, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 in both the applications submits that in the execution proceedings, appellant / applicant has already issued cheque in favour of the respondent no.1 in both

CA-2992-2015+ the matters. Mr. Ambhore, however, submits that he has no instructions regarding the same.

In the circumstances, stay to the execution of the awards till the decision of the appeals is hereby granted on the condition that the amount under each of the awards together with upto-date interest is deposited in this Court within a period of four weeks from the date of this order and in case the cheques are already issued to the respondent no.1 in these matters, the present applications shall stand dismissed.

Both Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
