Leave to add the Director of Education as respondent No.4. Addition be carried out forthwith.

The grievance of the petitioner is that an Administrator was appointed on the Rashtriya

(2) Vidyalaya, Taklai on 18-10-2016 and though an Administrator has a tenure of only five years, he is continued even when the same is over. The President of the petitioner Education Trust has passed away. There was a dispute between the deceased President and the then Secretary. In this backdrop, a representation is made on 01-122021 addressed to respondent Nos. 1 to 4. Said representation has to be considered by respondent No.4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No. 4 to consider the representation dated 01-12-2021 by following the due procedure as is applicable and upon hearing the stake holders by giving them a reasonable opportunity of hearing.

We expect this exercise is to be completed on or before 30-09-2022.
