The learned Advocate for the applicants states that there is delay of 215 days caused in filing the application for bringing the legal representatives of applicant No.10 (Raghunath Mohan Pawar) on record who expired on 03.10.2024.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the civil application is allowed. The delay is condoned. Names of legal representatives of applicant No.10 be brought on record.

Necessary amendment to that effect be carried out within a period of one week.

Mr. Vijay Patil, learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that in view of GR dated 8th July 2025 issued by Urban Development Department of State of Maharashtra, he does not intends to prosecute the respondents and accordingly prays for withdrawal of these contempt petitions. The said GR dated 8th July 2025 is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification purposes.

In view of the above, the contempt petitions are accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
