1) The application is filed for condonation on delay caused in filing review application. 8 days' delay is caused. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Other side did not turn up.

2) In view of the contentions made in the application and the submissions made, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

3) The review application be registered and separate number be given.

2 CA 3961 of 2009 4) This Court has gone through the order made by this Court dated 13-2-2009 by which the Second Appeal No.583/2005 came to be dismissed by holding that no substantial question of law is involved. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. The findings given by the Courts below are concurrent findings and they are on question of fact.
