Considering the fact that, the validation proceeding is pending since the year 2009, the Committee shall decide the proceeding on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 03rd March, 2020.
