Learned counsel submits that since many years, validation proceedings in respect of tribe claims of the petitioners are pending with the Committee. Considering that in some of the cases proceedings are pending since the year 2004 with the committee, we pass following order:

41,47,49&53 O R D E R i.

The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 03.03.2020. ii. The committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioners expeditiously, preferably within four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. iii. The petitioners shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

Writ petitions disposed of. No costs.
