Learned APP for respondent No.1-State places on record a photocopy of the order dated 01-12-2022, which is the order regarding giving approval to the appointment of the petitioner. He submits that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner, who is present, accepts that. He submits that if this order has been issued then there is compliance of the order of this Court. He requests that original order / authenticated copy of the order be sent to the petitioner. 3.

We direct respondent No.2 to send authenticated copy of the order dated 01-12-2022 to the petitioner.
