These applications are for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant - acquiring body in the office of this Court. The acquiring body has deposited 50% of the amount with interest as per impugned judgment and award. Considering that only 50% amount is deposited, this Court is inclined to allow these applications. 02.

The applications are allowed. The applicants/original claimants are permitted to withdraw entire amount deposited in the office of this Court along with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking.
