Upon hearing both sides, since there are chances of creeping of ambiguity in interpreting the order dated 23/02/2015, passed by this Court in Criminal Application no.797 of 2015, it is hereby clarified that the applicant - Arpit S/o Banwarilal Garg be first released on bail, upon his execution of the P.R. bond and furnishing of the surety, as directed in the order dated 23rd February, 2015. Thereafter, the applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rs. One Crore) within a period of three (3) months from the date of his release on bail.
