PER COURT :- The learned counsel for the petitioners invited our attention to the prayer clause (C) of the petition. He would submit that representations made by the petitioners annexed at Exhibit H with the petition would be decided expeditiously which are pending for quite some time.

The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 to 5 states that, respondent No.3 will decide all those representations/ claims annexed at Exhibit H to the petition within eight weeks from today. The statement is accepted.

Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 shall decide the representations on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4.

The order that would be passed by the respondents shall be communicated to the petitioners within one week from the date of passing of order.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any view on merits on the representations made by the petitioners. 6.

The petition is disposed of. The contentions of both parties are kept open.
