Learned advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to delete the name of petitioner no. 2 - Smt. Vijubai d/o Bhalchandra Kolhe. The petition is dismissed to her extent. 2.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that though their proposal seeking approval to their appointments was turned down by the respondent no. 2 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar, the shortcomings were complied with and fresh communication was addressed to him on 11-11-2022 (Exhibit - G) but since thereafter no fresh decision has been taken by the respondent no. 2.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no. 2 to consider the petitioners' claims on the basis of the subsequent compliance / communication dated 11-11-2022 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks.
