In view of order dated 14th March, 2023 passed by the respondent-Collector, whereby it is claimed by Mr. Barde, learned counsel for the petitioners that the grievance made in the petition is redressed, the petition is not pressed.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.

It is brought on record through an affidavit sworn by respondent no.3-Tahsildar that alonwith nomination respondent no.7 has already produced validity. That being so, the prayer as against respondent no.7 no more survives.
