We have heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned senior counsel for applicant and Mr. Palodkar, learned counsel for non-applicants.

This Civil Application seeks leave to amend the memo of writ petition as per Scheduled-I attached to the civil application.

Mr. Palodkar, learned counsel opposes the application on the ground that the relief claimed by an amendment is nothing but improvisation of the case. The objection was raised in the affidavitin-reply filed in the writ petition. According to it the applicant did not take steps till the matter was heard.

The writ petition is not yet admitted.

The non-applicants will have every right to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment.

Considering the above, civil application seeking leave to amend and add party is allowed. 6.
