Aggrieved by order passed below Exhibit81 in RCS No.1059/2012 by the 3rd Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar, the present petition is filed.

It is the contention of the petitioner that at the fag end of the trial, the court has allowed the amendment to be carried out, which is impermissible. I have carefully gone through the impugned order. The court has assigned sound reasons for allowing the application. It appears to me that the subsequent events, which were sought to be brought on record, are rightly permitted to be brought on record by the trial BDV
