The petitioner prays that his pending application dated 02.02.2022 be decided by respondent No. 2, Sub Divisional Officer, Paralivaijinath, District Beed.

The issue pertains to the tenancy claimed by this petitioner.

The learned A.G.P. for respondents-State submits that the Committees at the Taluka level and at the Divisional level have been constituted and the S.D.O. is the Chair Person of the Committee at the Taluka level. The petitioner will have to appear before the S.D.O. and address the Committee.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction what the petitioner shall appear before the S.D.O., Parali
