ORAL ORDER :

Perused the order passed by the learned Single Judge. The prayer for restoration of the complaint moved by the petitioner, in his capacity as Secretary of the petitioner/ Union, has been rejected and the said order has been confirmed by the learned Single Judge. It is observed by the learned Single Judge while passing the impugned
L.P.A. No.7/2014 order that the Union can always pass an appropriate resolution and act in the interest of the workers. 2.
Since it is noticed that the authority of the union to initiate a fresh complaint after adopting appropriate decision and to safeguard interest of the workers is kept alive, we do not find that any prejudice is caused to the Union. No interference is called for in the Letters Patent Appeal. The Appeal, as such, stands dismissed with liberty as recorded above.
