The learned advocate for respondent No.4/ Zilla Parishad places on record the compilation of two pages, which is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the second page of "X" dated 13.08.2021 indicates that the Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition) has informed the Water Conservation Department of the Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad that there are certain deficiencies/ discrepancies in the acquisition proposal sent vide

*2* 12wp2908o18 communication dated 27.07.2021. It is, therefore, submitted that the said authority be directed to remove the deficiencies and submit a proposal complete in all respects in accordance with the procedure, within a period of six weeks.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Respondent No.4 shall ensure proper compliance of the communication dated 13.08.2021 and shall ensure that all shortcomings/ deficiencies are cured and the proposal is forwarded complete in all respects, on or before 21.10.2021. kps (S.G.
