The application is filed for condonation of 980 days delay caused in filing revision against the judgment and order of Reference Court. The Reference Court dismissed the matter as nobody turned for the Applicant and no evidence is given. Learned A.G.P. opposed the application by contending that that the delay is not sufficiently explained. it is the fact that the evidence was not given by the present applicant in that matter and due to that, on the basis of record, which was

-:(2):- available before the Land Acquisition officer, the matter came to be decided. In view of these circumstances and the submissions made, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. The application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

issue notice to the Respondents, in the Civil Revision, Application, for final disposal.

Learned A.G.P. waives notice for the Respondent No.1.
