1] The applicants have moved this application seeking withdrawal of the amount in view of disposal of appeal. 2] Pursuant to order dated 17.1.2020, the Registry has submitted report. As per the report submitted by Section Ofcer (P.L.A. Section), the amount of Rs.1,18,782/- was deposited in this Court and same was transferred to Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalna, as per order dated 14.7.2000 passed in Civil Application No.3011/2000. It is reported that no amount is lying deposited with this Court.

3] In view of the report received in the matter, the applicants are expected to approach the Claims Tribunal at Jalna for withdrawal of the amount. In view of disposal of appeal, the interim

CA 4416/17 in FA 214/99 - 2 - orders operating in the matter stand merged into the order of disposal of appeal. In that view, there is no impediment for the Claims Tribunal to entertain the application seeking withdrawal of the amount if fled by the applicants.
