It is an application to bring on record legal heirs of original claimant Venkatrao Jadhav.

Heard Mr P.B. Rakhunde, learned Advocate for applicants, Mr S.G. Sangle, learned A.G.P. for respondents no.1 and 2. None present for respondent no.3 when the matter is called out. 3.

Even though there is inordinate delay in moving this application to bring on record legal heirs of deceased claimant, considering the nature of dispute arising out of land acquisition, the application needs to be allowed by condoning the delay.

ORDER

(i) The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C). (ii) The appellants to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased claimant by making necessary amendment in the array of appeal memo and provide amended copy of appeal memo to the other side within four weeks from today.
