This Court by order dated 24.02.2017 permitted the other claimants from the same award to withdraw the compensation amount to the extent of 40% deposited in this Court on certain conditions. In the light of the above, the Applicants herein are also permitted to withdraw 40% of the amount deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court, on submitting an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed against them in the appeal, they will re-deposit the said amount within four months of passing such order. Balance 60% amount be invested in a Fixed Deposit Receipts in any nationalized bank till the disposal of the appeal. The Civil Application for withdrawal of amount is, accordingly, disposed of.
