1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGP for the respondent-State.

2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that in connected group of matters this Court has permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 100% deposited amount. He further submits that the applicants have already withdrawn 50% amount and the applicants be permitted to withdraw remaining 50% amount. The applicants are poor farmers. There is no source of income to the applicants. They need the amount for their day to day activity, hence, requested to allow the application.

3] The learned AGP submits that appropriate order may be passed.

5600.21CA 4] Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel as well as this Court [Coram : R.G.Avachat, J.] has permitted the applicants in connected group of matters to withdraw remaining 50% amount on furnishing solvent security / solvent surety. Hence, I pass the following order:-

ORDER

i] The application is allowed.

ii] The applicants are allowed to withdraw the remaining 50% amount alongwith interest on furnishing solvent security / solvent surety.
