However, in case the petitioner is able to demonstrate his ownership qua the land which is occupied for the project viz. construction of percolation tank, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach afresh. However, it is incumbent on the part of the petitioner to first prefer a representation alongwith the relevant documents to the respondents.
