This Court in Writ Petition No.11038/2017 filed by the petitioner directed

2 W.P.No.2566/18 the Committee to decide the proceedings within four (4) months. The same was on the basis of the statement made by learned A.G.P.

It is stated that the proceedings are not yet decided. The Committee shall adhere to the time stipulation given by this Court to decide the proceedings. The Committee shall decide the proceedings under any circumstances within three (3) months from today.

The Respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. If the petitioner is otherwise eligible, the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting studies for the next year.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
