Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in connected group of matters this Court has permitted the applicant therein to withdraw 100% deposited amount. He further submits that applicant has already withdrawn 50% amount and applicant be permitted to withdraw remaining 50% amount. The applicant is poor farmer there is no source of income to applicant. He needs the amount for his day to day activity hence requested to allow the application.

Learned AGP submits that appropriate order may be passed.

Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel as well as this Court (Coram : R.G. Avachat J) has permitted the applicant in connected group of matters to withdraw remaining 50% amount on furnishing solvent security/ solvent surety. Hence I pass the following order :-

ORDER

(I) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant is permitted to withdraw the remaining 50% amount on furnishing solvent security/solvent surety. The Civil Application is disposed of.
