Present appeal has been disposed of in the Lok Adalat held on 08.12.2018. It is submitted that one of the claimants namely Anjanabai w/o Indranath Jadhav though had expired, since there was no communication in that regard, necessary amendment could not be made. It is further contended that the legal representatives of deceased Anjanabai w/o Indranath Jadhav are already there on record. The only prayer is made to delete the name of Anjanabai w/o Indranath Jadhav.

I do not see any difficulty in accepting the said prayer. The application, therefore, stands allowed. The name of Anjanabai w/o Indranath Jadhav be deleted from the array of the respondents - claimants.
