Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader and learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1 in respective applications.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader refers to the circumstances under which the amount could not be deposited by 10-07-2017 pursuant to order dated 10-04-2017 granting stay and prays for further time for making deposit of the amount.

Learned counsel for respondents has no particular objection for grant of extension of time.

4.

As such, period for deposit of amount pursuant to order dated 10-04-2017 is extended till 13-04-2018. 5.

It is expected that on this occasion, the amount would be deposited. In the circumstances, interim relief as operating to continue till returnable date.
