Heard learned Counsel for the applicants.

The applicants are seeking early hearing of this appeal, which is already admitted. Learned Counsel for the applicants submitted that, both the appellants are senior citizens and the learned Trial Court has decreed their suit for possession. Learned Counsel for the respondents remained absent. 3.

It is significant to note that, the Court is currently taking Second Appeals upto to the year 1994 only. In some of those matters second generation is now fighting. Moreover, so many Pooja K.

5 CA-3872-2020 Second Appeals filed after 1994 are pending wherein the parties are senior citizens. Considering this fact, I am not inclined fix early date of hearing. Accordingly, the application stands rejected.
