The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 19th January, 2023, whereby registration of her Miscellaneous Civil Application was refused for non-removal of office objections. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within the period of two weeks. 3.

In view of the same, the order dated 19th January, 2023 stands recalled and the appeal be restored for removal of office objections within two weeks subject to deposit of cost of 1/2
