The validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending

Considring above, we pass the following order :

a) The Respondent No.4 Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 21.3.2018. b) The Respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of petitionr's Second year M.B.B.S. course only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible then the Respondents shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies of third (I) M.B.B.S. course.
