The petitioners are seeking writ of mandamus for an early decision by the scrutiny committee.

Though, the petitioners' proposals were closed for passing the final order, as has been mentioned in the earlier order dated 03.03.2025, it appears that, in respect of blood relative, wherein this court has remanded their proposals back to the scrutiny committee, for fresh adjudication in the light of some pre-constitutional record in fasli, the committee has not been

( 2 ) 35-WP-3000-25 able to pass final order in petitioners' matters. 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioners have not been able to make any statement whether the petitioners would be relying upon that pre-constitutional record.

The learned AGP informs that, the proposal of the other blood relatives have been remanded recently and the committee is still to undertake scrutiny of the pre-constitutional record in fasli. 5.
