Mr. Shinde, the learned advocate submits that the L.R's of Petitioner No. 1 have taken away the brief from him, so also, the no objection to engage another lawyer . The Petitioner No. 2 has filed Civil Application seeking leave to withdraw.

On 04.10.2018 we had passed an order that the petitioners are seeking salary from the year - 2008. The petitioners are absorbed in February and May - 2016. The petitioners were declared surplus on account of closure of the school where they were originally working. There is nothing on record to show the date when the school where the petitioners were originally working is closed down. Naturally, the petitioners would not be entitled for salary for the period from the closure of the school till their absorption.

As Petitioner No. 2 has filed civil application for leave to withdraw the writ petition. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn to the extent of Petitioner No. 2. The Writ Petition is dismissed as far as the LR's of the petitioner No. 1 is concerned. No costs. The Civil Application stands disposed of.
