ORDER:

The claim of the petitioner is invalidated on the ground that there is a spell mistake in the nomenclature of the tribe mentioned in the tribe certificate.

The petitioner shall apply with the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer after submitting the attested copy of the original tribe certificate. On receiving the attested copy, the application shall be filed by the petitioner within one week. On receiving the attested copy of the original tribe certificate containing

2 Sr932WP2536.2018 the wrong spelling of the tribe, the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer shall issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the application. 3.

Upon receiving the corrected tribe certificate, the petitioner shall give proposal to the Committee for validation. The proposal shall be filed complete in all respect. Upon receipt of the proposal, the Committee shall decide the validation proceeding, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of receipt of the proposal. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. After declaration of the result, in case the petitioner is found to be otherwise eligible, then he may be permitted to prosecute the study of the next year.
