1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGP for the respondent-State.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in connected group of matters this Court has permitted the applicant therein to withdraw 100% deposited amount. He further submits that the applicant has already withdrawn 50% amount and the applicant be permitted to withdraw remaining 50% amount. The applicant is poor farmers. There is no source of income to the applicant. He needs the amount for their day to day activity, hence, requested to allow the application.

3] The learned AGP submits that appropriate order may be passed.

5602.21CA 4] Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel as well as this Court [Coram : R.G.Avachat, J.] has permitted the applicants in connected group of matters to withdraw remaining 50% amount on furnishing solvent security / solvent surety. Hence, I pass the following order:-

ORDER

i] The application is allowed.

ii] The applicant is allowed to withdraw the remaining 50% amount alongwith interest on furnishing solvent security / solvent surety.
