Learned counsel for the applicant states that cheque of the amount is now ready, however, as per the order passed by this court dated 23.10.2015, the applicant was directed to deposit entire amount under the award within 10 weeks from the date of the order. The learned counsel submits that the respondents/ original claimants are making haste to execute the award. 2.

Since the applicant is ready with the cheque, time to deposit the amount as prescribed by this court by order dated 23.10.2015 is hereby extended by further two weeks from today. Interim stay granted as per order dated 23.10.2015 shall remain in operation. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
