This application is filed for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the insurance company towards injury claim.

Learned advocate for the insurance company submits that in connected appeal which arises out of death claim, 50% amount of compensation was permitted to be withdrawn by this Court.

In that view of the matter, application is partly allowed.

Applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount along with proportionate accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial).
