The application is filed for early hearing of this Second Appeal, which is admitted. Learned Counsel for the applicant/respondent submits that, the suit of respondent/plaintiff alongwith the appeal thereon has already been dismissed, but due to grant of status quo order the respondent is unnecessarily suffering. 3.

However, currently the Court is taking Second appeals upto the year 1993 and there are so many other appeals are pending wherein Pooja Kale 1/2

909 SA 382-2013 the stay by this Court has been granted. The present appeal is of the year 2013 and therefore, it is not possible to take this matter for early hearing unless the earlier appeals are disposed of. As such, the application stands rejected.
